What this website is
This site describes the signs we make and the way we work. It is information, not an offer. Nothing here forms a contract, reserves production capacity, or commits either of us to a project.
A sign project becomes an agreement only when Suntronix and the customer sign a written quote or contract covering that specific project. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Quotes, pricing, and specifications
Prices, lead times, materials, and specifications discussed on this site are indicative and can change. Real numbers depend on the site, the structure, local permitting, sign size and construction, electrical requirements, and current material costs — which is why we survey the location before quoting.
A written quote is valid for the period it states. Permit approval, landlord approval, and code compliance are ultimately the property owner's responsibility, though we help with the process where the project scope includes it.
Financing applications
Suntronix is not a lender. The financing form on this site passes your application to an independent finance partner, which makes its own credit decision under its own terms. Submitting an application is not an approval, and we cannot guarantee any particular rate, term, or outcome.
Project photographs and past work
Project images show work Suntronix has completed. They illustrate what is possible, not what your sign will look like or cost. Every sign is built for a specific site, business, and set of constraints.
Our content
The text, photographs, graphics, layout, and design of this site belong to Suntronix or are used with permission. You are welcome to view, print, and share pages for your own use in evaluating a sign project.
Please do not copy our project photography or page content for another sign company's marketing, republish it as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without asking. If you would like to use something, get in touch — the answer is often yes.
What you send us
When you upload a logo, drawing, or photograph, you confirm that you have the right to give it to us and to let us use it to quote and produce your sign. You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for.
Please do not send anything unlawful, infringing, or that you are not permitted to share.
Links to other sites
This site links to third parties — YouTube, our social profiles, and finance partners among them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their privacy practices.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that it will always be available. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This does not affect any written warranty provided with a sign we manufacture or install. Those warranty terms are set out in your project documents.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suntronix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
