The project
Don’s Furniture pairs permanent roadside identification with a separate digital message area. The pylon format gives the business a visible position above the property while preserving a dedicated place for information that can change.
What the field image shows
The sign separates the permanent furniture-store identity from the programmable display so each element has a distinct job. That hierarchy helps customers recognize the destination first, then notice the timely message without turning the entire sign into one busy screen.
How this format supports the site
A digital pylon can be useful where the road approach, sight lines, and property layout call for a higher identification point and changing communication. Display size, message length, brightness, and content schedule should follow the real viewing window rather than a generic screen specification.
What needs to be planned
Traffic approach, setback, structure, power, local requirements, foundation, service access, and the person who will operate the display all belong in the early project plan. Each factor affects whether the permanent and changeable parts work as one clear roadside system.
Use this project as a reference
Share roadside and property photographs, the message customers need to see, and examples of how often the content would change. That information helps determine whether a digital pylon is the right format for the location.
